We can accept files from most popular media, through internet email or our internet dropbox.
Large quantities of files can be uploaded to our public FTP folder.
Please call for user name and password. You will need an FTP file transfer program.
Customers meeting certain requirements, can request a private folder to upload to our FTP site.
to avoid editing charges, files should meet the following guidelines:
* PC 24 bit RGB uncompressed Tiff or JPG
(black & white images must be submitted as rgb and not grayscale)
* srgb color space
* images must be flattened with no extra channels
customers not having a calibration device, and choose to do their own editing, can request a calibration file and print to calibrate
their monitor to our printer.
Three types of digital print services are available:
Economy Prints: for customers using a calibrated monitor and doing their own editing,
Deluxe prints: we will edit for color and density to our standards.
Custom prints: we will edit customer files for color and density, dodge or burn as requested, minor background or subject
editing. For major editing, additional charges may apply.
Also for matching to a guide print.
we do not use autocorrect software. all files are individually corrected by technicians
