to avoid editing charges, files should meet the following guidelines:
* PC 24 bit RGB uncompressed Tiff or JPG
(black & white images must be submitted as rgb and not grayscale)
* srgb color space
* images must be flattened with no extra channels
customers not having a calibration device, and choose to do their own editing, can
request a calibration file and print to calibrate their monitor to our printer.
Three types of digital print services are available:
Economy Prints: for customers using a calibrated monitor and doing their own editing
sizing.
Deluxe prints: we will edit for color and density to our standards.
Custom prints: we will edit for color and density, dodge and burn as needed or do
minor subject or background editing. also for matching to a guide
print.
