Digital Prints are produced on standard photographic paper from ZBE Corporation's
award winning Chromira LED digital printer with their proprietary "resolution
enhancement technology." Images have an apparent resolution of 425 ppi, while
many other digital printers are in the 200 - 300 ppi range. Unlike inkjet prints that use
inks that can smudge and fade, there is no "dot pattern." Images are sharp, vibrant
continuous tone reproductions of your digital files for enlargements up to 30 inches
wide.
With proprietary resolution enhancement technology, we are able to get stunning 20X24
enlargements, and good 30X40 enlargements from a 5 megapixel camera, and even
better results with larger megapixel cameras.
True photographic paper is the proven method for recording images for the longest
lasting image. Also, to ensure optimum life of your prints, we use the traditional RA-4
process that uses water to wash and eliminate processing chemicals as opposed to
eliminating the water bath and substitute a "rinse" chemical like many other processors
use.
Digital prints made on Kodak's new Metallic paper create stunning eye catching images
of your file with that "metallic look".
We can accept files from most popular media, through internet email or our internet
dropbox.
Large quantities of files can be uploaded to our public FTP folder.
Please call for user name and password. You will need an FTP file transfer program.
Customers meeting certain requirements, can request a private folder to upload to our
FTP site.
to avoid editing charges, files should meet the following guidelines:
* PC 24 bit RGB uncompressed Tiff or JPG
(black & white images must be submitted as rgb and not grayscale)
* srgb color space
* images must be flattened with no extra channels
customers not having a calibration device, and choose to do their own editing, can
request a calibration file and print to calibrate their monitor to our printer.
Three types of digital print services are available:
Economy Prints: for customers using a calibrated monitor and doing their own editing,
Deluxe prints: we will edit for color and density to our standards.
Custom prints: we will edit customer files for color and density, dodge or burn as
requested, minor background or subject editing. For major editing,
additional charges may apply. Also for matching to a guide print.
