         GENERAL INFORMATION

Photographic Techniques is primarily a Professional Photographic Imaging Center, therefore not
all services are available to the retail trade.  

To ensure a smoother workflow through the lab, which helps in orders being ready on time, all order
sacks should be completely filled out and negatives submitted properly in provided glassines or
sleeves.  This will free our time and help to eliminate errors and delays. Orders not properly
submitted will cause delays and may incur a surcharge.  

RUSH SERVICE   Available for most services and contain surcharges.  Please call for charges.   

MULTIPLE PRINT SIZES   For orders requiring multiple print sizes, please add one day in plant per      
           size.

SERVICE SCHEDULE   Business hours are M-F  8 - 5:30   Listed service times are approximate and     
            exclude weekends & holidays.  Orders received after 2:00 pm begin the next day.  Every effort    
            is made to have work completed in the scheduled amount of time.  However, occasional            
             equipment problems or seasonal demands may cause some delay.

OPEN ACCOUNTS   Qualified professional customers can apply for an open account.  Terms are net   
          10 E.O.M    Delinquent accounts may be placed on C.O.D. and assessed a finance  charge of     
          1.5% per month  (18% per annum),  plus 50% additional of current invoice applied toward back  
           balance.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY   Every effort is made to ensure that the materials submitted  to us for processing  
         are handled with care.  Submitted orders constitute an agreement by you that any film or print       
         damaged or lost will be replaced with unexposed film or processing.  Except for such                     
         replacement, handling of film or parts is without warranty or liability for negligence or fault.  
All orders left  unclaimed at the end of 60 days will become our property and will be destroyed.

REMAKES   We will honor remakes for prints you feel are unsatisfactory when instructions were not     
         followed, or when a guide print was enclosed.  Prints returned because they do not match color,
         density or cropping of earlier prints that were not included as guide prints will not be remade        
         without 50 % additional billing.  Certain services such as proofs, machine or budget prints may   
         not qualify for remakes.

COPYRIGHTED  MATERIALS   Under no circumstances will we reproduce copyrighted material              
        without the written authorization of the copyright owner.

SPECIAL QUOTES   As a courtesy, we will furnish quotes for quantities or services not listed.  
Quotes are valid for 30 days.  Quotes must be verified in writing when the order is placed.
